Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Family and group sessions are 60 minutes.

Yes! Our goal is to be able to offer affordable mental health counseling. We understand there can be financial restrictions and are willing to work with you. We have a handful of sliding scale spots available.

At this time, we are not partnered with any insurances. Choosing not to contract directly with insurance companies allows us to provide the highest quality, most personalized care possible. While insurance can make healthcare more accessible, working within their systems introduces several limitations that can impact your therapy experience.

If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits (such as a PPO plan), you may be able to get reimbursed for a significant portion of your session fees, and our system automatically sends out a superbill at the end of every month.
